Cremation
Cremation is a high temperature combustion process, usually using natural gas as a fuel. It takes about 3 hours and only one casket is cremated at a time. The ashes are transferred to a small plastic container and may then be placed into a more attractive urn. A selection of urns is available.
You may wish to scatter or inter the ashes:

at sea – from the shore or from a boat

at the cemetery – scattered in a rose garden or native bush or interred in ground plots or niche walls – plaques or headstones may be used

in a family grave
-
at your own or the deceased’s home
-
another place of significance to you
In some cases permission may need to be sought and charges paid.
